The Unfolding is for women who haven't yet found their direction. Six months of internal work, finding the thread, hearing yourself clearly, finally moving.
The Becoming is for women who have direction but keep hitting a wall between knowing and building. Six months of the mindset and momentum work that makes it sustainable.
The Complete Arc is the full 12-month journey, both phases held together with continuity and depth.

A Little About Marcela
I spent 30 years living and working in five countries with organizations including the OECD, the European Central Bank, and life sciences companies. I held roles that came with a great salary, benefits, and impressive titles.
But no matter what, I've always known something was missing.
I know what changes when you finally stop waiting for certainty and start listening to yourself honestly. That experience shapes everything I do now.
I'm an ICF Associate Certified Coach, and I'm known as The Thread Finder. I help women see the thread running through everything they've lived and built, so they can finally trust where it's pointing.
